Appointment
Policy
Appointments
are needed in order to prevent extended waiting times.
However, if your pet has a more serious problem, we will make every
attempt to accomodate seeing your pet the same day you call.
We sometimes require that you drop off your pet for the day if we
have no outpatient appointments available.
Please be aware
that we will on occasion refer our patients to a
local specialty or emergency clinic during the day if we feel
that your pet requires either intensive, specialized care or
24-hour monitoring, or if our staff is already managing
multiple critical cases. This is to ensure that our patients
receive the best care and attention they
deserve.
Please be aware that we now have a 24 hour
cancellation policy: there will be a fee for broken
appointments unless 24 hours notice is given. We make
courtesy reminder phone calls the day prior to our client's
appointments to help them not forget about their scheduled visits
with us.
